1. What size belt should I order?

Generally, we recommend buying a belt one full size above your even number waist (pant) size. If you wear a 34 waist garment, order a size 36.

2. What if I order the wrong size or number?

No problem. Simply return the item to us with a note telling us what is wrong. We will give you a refund or exchange which ever you prefer.

3. Can I safely order from your company over the Internet?

YES! Our website is secure as indicated by the icons on the order page. Your ordering information is encrypted to keep your information secure. If you prefer, you may phone your order in at (815)267-3926. If we are not available, please state the style, size, color you would like along with your credit card information and e-mail or phone number. We will confirm your order via e-mail or phone. 4. Do you rent or sell your mailing/customer list to others?

Absolutely not! We will not release any customer base information to anyone wanting to rent, lease, or buy the data, period.

5. How soon are orders shipped? Orders are shipped in one to two working days.

6. When will the charges for the merchandise I've ordered be placed on my credit/charge card?

We will process charges to your credit card on the same business day we ship your order. PLEASE NOTE: Charges to your credit card will be under the Phoenix Leather Goods name, parent company of Beltoutlet.com.

7. How do we sell quality merchandise so inexpensively?

We buy from quality manufactures, their close-outs, special buys and overruns. Also, we want your return business, so we offer outstanding values.

8. What is your Low Price Guarantee?

We strive to have the lowest prices and best values on the Web. However, if you find the same item that is at a lower price (up to thirty days past the time of purchase) we will refund the difference plus 10%. Please note: The total price compared should include S&H. Some sites offer low prices then charge high S&H.
